The cottage is on 3 floors with a wood burner in the living/diningroom which leads out to the bright kitchen
with a stable door to the garden.

Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed and an adjoining bath and shower room. Bedroom 2 is up steep stairs but also has a kingsize bed and its own en-suite.

Outside is a washing machine and a freezer.

Ermington is a glorious village with a pub, a community shop, cafe and a Bistro, and of course the Crooked spire Church.

Snuggling up infront of a fire is one of lifes luxuries, with a starter pack of logs and firelighters.

Mothecombe Beach is 6 miles but you will be spoilt for choice so go to a differant beach everyday and Dartmoor is 5 miles.

You have your own terrace and a small lawn. The garden is in a patchwork of Devon gardens, and not enclosed. But it feels very private and is always a hit with guests.

We accept well behaved dogs.
Parking is in the village square outside the Crooked Spire pub.
Village life, Tractors, horses and village folk. Steep stairs to the deck, and an open garden.
